Vexx is a 3D platformer, the gameplay pulling inspiration from the likes of Super Mario 64, and the game's music finding inspiration from the Silent Hill soundtracks and Metal Gear soundtracks. Vexx is a multiplatform game developed and published by Acclaim that is steeped in a rich history, despite being forgotten or missed entirely by many. The original concept for this game is stunningly similar to the end product that is Jak and Daxter. It was so similar, in fact, that upon Jak and Daxter's original release, Vexx's original game had to be scrapped and completely reworked. The music is composed by none other than industry veteran Nelson Everhart.
