1993年、PC-88時代末期を駆け抜けた最後のRPG『ウィンディーネ』。
ゲームは3種類の音源に対応しており、このアルバムにはサウンドボード２（OPNA、YM2608）バージョンの全34曲を収録。
演奏には多連装音源システム『G.I.M.I.C』を使用し、オリジナルデータを作曲者が自らチューニングしてチップチューンに相応しい高音質で力強い収録を行いました。
