TurfWind '96 is a racing horse management simulation game endorsed by the famous Japanese jockey Yutaka Take. Similar to the popular Derby Stallion series, the player takes the role of a stable owner, breeding and raising race horses and entering them into races. The player has no direct control during races, with the jockeys and the race outcome being controlled by the computer according to each horse's stats.
