I ripped FullBuild files that:
The ResourceType is 0x01EEF63A(basically BGMs, stereo musics, and some SFXs)
EP9(University Life) and EP11(Into the Future) loops in which ResourceType isn't 0x01EEF63A(That's weird, only EP9 and EP11 store in-game music in the other ResourceType)
"Custom" radio station music from The Sims 3/GameData/Shared/NonPackaged/CustomMusic, only in .mp3 form
Please notice that one of the enrollment loops from EP9 can't be decoded by ealayer3, which name is S3_01A527DB_881407EC_94B9C4560FC9A20B_sting_ep9_enroll_loop02%%+_AUD.snr
