Surprised no one has done this yet. I took the high quality audio from the film and book soundtracks and mixed them down to the length of the N64 version. Its not perfect, and I know it can be done better, but I thought I did a decent enough job.
The Imperial Freighter level had its own song in the PC version, so I made a couple what if versions based on that, but I couldn't decide which one I liked better.
