Promotional CD with an announcer advertising SEGA Saturn products over three out of the four tracks. Segments play during the start of the three songs, then the entire length of the song plays.
Based on the voiceover, I believe this disc was meant to promote the Saturn as a whole, bygone dogs, and the games they worked on (Cyber Speedway and Ghen War are specifically mentioned several times). Interestingly, a third game is mentioned which bygone dogs had no involvement in (in terms of the final release). A couple of the tracks on here may have been recorded originally for release in the game (that being BlackFire/Black Fire).
I have no idea how this was distributed. It may have been a pack-in with a specific game, but there is very little information on it.
