This album is part of a compilation set comprising songs from the Pump It Up videogame series. It features tracks in lossless quality, and/or full version of the majority of the tracks.

Volume One contains the majority of the music from "Pump It Up - The 1st Dance Floor", including some of the ones made by Andamiro's in-house musician group BanYa. 

The only songs that are not included in this album are the full remixes and battle tracks. The Bonus tracks includes Silhouette, a track that was cancelled from the game. Track 30—33 are the non-remix tracks form the Turbo Remix. And Track 34 is the ballad version of You & I (fast).
