This album was the internet ranking prize for Dance Dance Revolution 4thMIX PLUS arcade. There are said to be less than 10 in existence, the actual total in print is estimated to be 5. Due to it's rarity it often fetches extremely high prices on Yahoo! Japan auctions. It was long thought to be fake until the webmaster of bemanistyle.com obtained one for his collection.

This album was meant to be a special preview of new tracks for Dance Dance Revolution 5thMIX long before the game actually released in arcades.

BeForU, group later formed by Naoki, provided lyrics to track 6 as heard in 5thMIX. This rare composition remains the only track unreleased commercialy under Naoki's work.
