The PSP release of Memories Off 2nd comes 7 years after the initial release and with several updates in comparison for PlayStation and Dreamcast version while the gameplay is basically the same.

The picture is adjusted for PSP screen ratio which makes it a widescreen and shows more of the picture visible in original release. Additional After Story novel is added to extend the existing game's story. Additionally, new song and new opening movie were also added to PSP version.
