Based on the flash game Macho de Pon! Z, this game puts the player in the role of a professional trainer with a daunting task ahead of you: turn a weakling into a bodybuilding champ in only ten days. Players can assign their aspiring bodybuilder many different types of exercises and training regimens. Many of these training regimens are also short minigames, requiring players to keep a good rhythm as their characters exercise. Characters' appearance will change as their muscles develop; players can also customize their characters, with as many as 100 different faces and a variety of different training clothing. Once their bodybuilder is ready, players can enter major national championships in the hopes of being crowned number one.
