In this game the characters of the first title will be joined by 6 new fighters (Kinnikuman Super Phoenix, Kinnikuman Zebra, Kinnikuman Mariposa, Kinnikuman Big Body, Neptuneman and Big the Budou), thus making 39 in total. Also, there will be 3 new stages (Osaka Castle, Cube Ring and Fist of Heracles).
