This is a soundtrack CD that came with the Japanese version of the collector's edition of Spelunker HD Deluxe (Ganso Minna de Spelunker).
It contains the original soundtrack for Spelunker's NES port as well as almost all the tracks from the original Spelunker HD, however some tracks are missing (track that plays when you get the poison mushroom/slow potion), and an additional track exclusive to Spelunker HD Deluxe was added (Endless cave NEO).
