The track listing and the arranger credit is taken from game instruction booklet and the game credit, respectively.

This soundtrack is bundled with both the first printing of the regular edition (7,329 JPY) and the limited edition (9,660 JPY) of the Xbox 360 port of Espgaluda II, branded "Espgaluda II Black Label". It is basically a separate release of the first disc of ESPGALUDA II Original Sound Track [CVST-0004], but the "Voice Collection" from the original disc is replaced by two tracks from the new arranges in the Black Label port. The full set of arranges from the Black Label port were later released as ESPGALUDA II Black Label ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK [CVST-0013].
